6th Annual Pair It With The Claret Chili Cook-off Feb 22nd

Hey friends and wine family!

It’s that amazing time of year to get your chili on!

Join us for our 6th Annual Chili Cookoff on February 22nd.   You can help us decide which chili contestant makes the best chili that pairs with our Cabernet Claret.

There will be a $20.00 entrance fee to receive a “tasting wrist band” which includes a glass of our Cabernet Claret in a commemorative wine glass for you to keep. Live Music will accompany the afternoon along with games and food.

Want to be a chili competitor?

The competition is to make ANY kind of Chili that BEST PAIRS with our 2012 Cabernet Claret.

With your entrance fee you will be provided with 2 bottles of wine to use as you wish while making your chili.

You may make your Chili at home but you must be prepared to bring AT LEAST 5 GALLONS on the day of the event.

You must also bring something to heat your Chili in/on.

We will provide you with the Judges’ Taste Cups and public “taste portion” cups so that those not competing may walk around and sample.

The judging will take place at 4:00pm by a panel of diverse wine and food professionals.

The field is limited to 40 so complete the application attached and submit it with the $60.00 entrance fee as soon as possible (up to 4 people/wristbands per team)
