Join us at Hye Meadow Winery July 13th for our 1st Annual Hye Meadow Winery Pig Roast!! Tickets are $30ea. This gets you a plate of pork, chef prepared potato salad, salad, fresh made yeast rolls and cold watermelon – along with two glasses of wine and a band doing an acoustic show. This will all be at our pavilion from 6-9pm at 10257 US Hwy 290 West. Our production building will be open that day for tastings from 11-6pm.

Our physical address is, technically, 10257 U.S. Highway 290 West. Hye can sneak up on you a bit, so if you’re heading west on 290 from Austin or thereabouts, look for the “Fredericksburg 22 miles” sign and *especially* the speed limit 55 signs. That’s when it’s time to get in the left lane and put your blinker on. We’ll be adding some…shall we say…”thematic” signage to help point you our way.

Coming via 290 from Fredericksburg or nearby, we’re *immediately* on the right past Hye Albert Road, the historic Hye Post Office, and Hye Market.
