AUSTIN

Cafe Malta  A casual bistro with better-than-casual food. It’s modeled on the sort of place you’ll find off a winding country road on the Costa Brava or on a side street in Salerno — relaxed, unpretentious and informal, but with excellent food that uses fresh, local ingredients creatively prepared. And since the freshest ingredients are the ones in our own back yard, we make the most of local produce — including foods unfamiliar to Mediterranean cooks.  After all, why would anyone turn a blind eye to such a wonder as the avocado? The Fredricksburg peach? Brisket?

The Carillon Restaurant  A New American Grill featuring familiar food with a sophisticated twist.

Fonda San Miguel Fonda San Miguel, which opened in 1975, is recognized as one of the finest interior Mexican restaurants in the country. It features classic regional Mexican cuisine prepared with authentic recipes and numerous ingredients from the restaurant’s on-site organic garden. Exciting specials are offered nightly. It offers a unique dining experience that should not be missed by visitors to Austin.

The Grove Wine Bar and Kitchen From the get-go our goal has been to provide a casual place where Austinites and visitors could enjoy great wine and food. When we first opened, we called ourselves a wine bar. However, since our inception, we have had a full kitchen. Does this make us a restaurant, people wonder? It definitely makes us more than a wine bar—we are The Grove Wine Bar | Kitchen. We hope our customers appreciate and enjoy what we do. It truly is a labor of love. A number of people, both current and former employees, have helped make The Grove what it is today. A restaurant can never rest on its laurels especially in a place like Austin that has so many great options for wine and food. We’re always trying to stay on top of our game and make things even better and never lose sight of the initial idea that wine and food is for everyone to enjoy.

Jasper’s at the Domain Jasper’s, the second restaurant concept of Executive Chef and Partner Kent Rathbun, promises to deliver a unique array of tantalizing dishes and open your eyes to the world of “gourmet backyard cuisine.” Rathbun, an Iron Chef America winner and four-time James Beard Award nominee, wanted the Jasper’s menu to reflect a “home cooking” style with the best of America’s regional cuisine, including exceptional selections of rotisserie chicken, fish, prime steaks, salads and pizza. Signature dishes such as “Maytag Blue Cheese Potato Chips,” “Texas Style Blue Crab Cakes,,” Slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs, and Butterfinger Crème Brulee satisfy the palate and hint at why Jasper’s was named to Esquire Magazine’s Top 20 Best New Restaurants in America.

Parkside Since opening the award-winning parkside – known for its impressive oyster selections, raw seafood bar and seasonally rotating menu – Chef Shawn Cirkiel has received much media attention, most recently noted in Food Arts Magazine. He has also graced the pages of the Los Angeles Times, American Way magazine, Spirit Magazine, and Cooks Illustrated, just to name a few. Texas Monthly magazine named parkside one of the “Top 10 Best New Restaurants in Texas” in 2009, and Bon Appetit Magazine crowned parkside one of the “Hot 10 New American Taverns” and a top destination for pub cuisine.

TRIO at the Four Seasons Steps from the bustle of downtown Austin, TRIO at Four Seasons Hotel Austin offers fine dining in a contemporary atmosphere both relaxing and sophisticated. Our menu is centered around steak, seafood and carefully chosen wines and the setting is both metropolitan and scenic, with an outdoor dining area overlooking the natural beauty of Austin’s Lady Bird Lake.

Small vineyard wine, local craft beer, fancy drinks, artisan coffee, and specialty loose tea.

Whip In Gastropub, market, and brewery. Stemming from the authentic gujarati cuisine from the Gandhi region of India, our Mom&Pop oriented comfort food gets stretched out of its world into the daring palates of the heart of Texas: Austin. We choose to have fresh healthy offerings from local & organic producers with our meats, vegetables and fruits, and pair the dishes with our daring draft beers as well as our fabulous wine bar selections. The dishes make us happy as we hope it does for y’all!
